Missing pieces?

Tell us what's missing and we'll send a free replacement. It takes a minute.

1Your details

If you have it we'll fill in the rest — your items and where to send the replacement. Don't worry if you can't find it.

2Which item?

We can only replace pieces for puzzles we make. For a puzzle by another publisher — Ravensburger, HEYE and the like — they'll need to send the replacement, and their details are usually on the box.

3What's missing?

Strays from another puzzle. Worth telling us — it usually means a packing mix-up we can trace.

On the bottom or back of the box. It tells us which print run yours came from, so we send a piece that actually matches.

Date of manufacturing

Check the bottom left on the back of the box.

Where it went wrong, or anything odd about the box — the more we know, the less we have to ask.

Photos

This is the part that gets your replacement approved fastest — with photos our team usually doesn't need to write back at all.

The back of the box

Where the batch number is printed. Even if you can't read it, we usually can.

The gap

Where the pieces should be. A photo of the part-finished puzzle is perfect.

4Where should we send it?
