Returns, Refunds and Cancellation policy

Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns in most cases. If your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to exchange it for a new copy. If the game has a missing component or defect, the publisher will need to be contacted to get replacements. We do not have replacements for individual game pieces. If you have any problems contacting the publisher please contact us and we will help you with it. If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, a refund will be issued.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made provided the goods have not been dispatched. On successful cancellations, the entire order amount will be refunded.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us 2-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. Post that, it generally takes 10-15 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For all refunds, we use the same mode of payment that you used, to process your refund. If due to any technical issues we are unable to process the payment back to the source, we will get in touch with you for an alternative mode of payment.

Payment Gateways

For refunds made using payment gateways namely Razorpay, PhonePe, Stripe, Tap or any added in the future, all amounts exclusive of Gateway charges will be refunded back to the customer. Product charges along with shipping charges if calculated will be refunded back. Refunds will only be possible till 3 working days after the order is placed in this case.
