Annada Menon is a published illustrator whose work playfully blends humor with the beauty of the world around her. While she is widely recognized for her children’s book illustrations, she often finds herself drawn to animals, lush greenery, and vibrant natural forms. Her art explores bold, bright color palettes that bring warmth and depth to every piece, whether it’s a whimsical jungle scene or an ode to India’s rich birdlife. Annada’s illustrations invite viewers into worlds where nature and imagination coexist, leaving behind impressions that are both joyful and lasting.
One of the core reasons Jigsaw Nation was born was to bring Indian stories into the puzzling world. While puzzles across the globe often highlight landmarks and cultures of different countries, we noticed India was missing from the picture. The Artist Series is our way of changing that. We collaborate with talented Indian artists; from legendary caricaturists like Mario Miranda to contemporary illustrators like Chaaya Prabhat, and transform their stunning creations into puzzles worth treasuring. Every puzzle is a slice of India’s artistic spirit, waiting to be solved, displayed, and admired.
