Murtaza is an artist and designer living and working in quaint Wanowrie, Pune. He enjoys music, funny things and observing the normalness of everyday life and people. Influenced by his own imagination, comics, cartoons, and things around, Murtaza makes use of bold colours and simple shapes to make silly drawings that fall somewhere between the spectrum of "what is that?" and "makes you think". He draws and writes primarily to make sense of things and most importantly get a chuckle out of it. As long as you don't take things too seriously, enjoy the simpler things, and see things through a thin lens of humour, you can appreciate his art.
